Cold storage rooms are hygienic rooms where carcass meat of which operations are completed in slaughtering unit can be stored. Carcass meat which is stored in these depots are cooled under proper conditions until delivery stage and humidity, temperature status is kept under control and they are stored as they were isolated against adverse effects of exterior atmosphere.
